The cost is $50.00 per person. Proceeds to benefit Jazz in June, now in its 27th year. You can use PayPal, any major credit card, or a bank account for which you've established online access. If you don't have a PayPal account and would like one, sign up here.

When you place your order, you must provide your name and a mailing address. We have to mail you a receipt since part of the reservation fee qualifies as a charitable donation tax deduction. Plus we'll have your name on our guest list at with your number of reservations. Please bring a photo ID.
