T-shirt Sales: Sale of Jazz in June merchandise (t-shirts, posters)
Artist Sales: Sale of tapes and CD's of performing artists.
Volunteer Check In: Monitor shift sign-in book, hand out volunteer packets and dispense general information regarding activities.
Area Monitors: Monitor area and report problems or emergencies, check Trash cans and replace bags as needed, distribute programs, restock toilet paper in porta potties, set out-pick up empty trash cans on early/late shifts. Area monitors will also distribute programs.
Clean-up: After the concerts, pick up trash and clean parking lot at Brookhaven and the park at Andrews Park.
Gate monitors: Will monitor admission to restricted areas.
Surveyors: Will distribute Jazz in June surveys throughout the audience and turn in completed surveys.
Security: Monitor gate for appropriate passes for entrance in restricted areas.
Advertising: Distributing and posting posters in businesses in Norman and surrounding areas early in June.
Backstage Crew and Security: If you are interested in working back stage, please contact us. This requires physical work and for the entire evening of a performance. We also could use volunteers to help set up and prepare for the performances during the day on Thursday and Saturday and to break down on Friday night and Saturday night after the performances.
